Recruitment

Formal recruitment at MSU is a four day event. Potential new members (PNMs) are placed into small groups led by a Gamma Chi (who are sorority women disaffiliated from their sororities in order to ensure fairness and equality throughout recruitment). Tri Delta recruitment is not only a time of new beginnings, but it is also a special time together as sisters! Recruitment itself can be a whirlwind, but it is also extremely fun and memorable. During recruitment parties, PNMs will learn about the ins-and-outs of Tri Delta: our philanthropy and fundraisers, our social functions, and most importantly, the incredible bond of our sisterhood.
